An old farm and Famhouse lovingly restored to the highest standards, sits on the top of a hill with astonishing 360º views. Soft rolling hills on one side give way to vineyards on the other. The total area is 10,000 sq feet and it is surrounded by its own 140 acres of fields, vineyards, olive groves and woodland.

Inside

• Style: The inside connects to the outside affecting your sense of wellbeing. Linen and leather, the spiritual cousins of wood and stone are lovingly brought together without indulgence. Interiors avoid excess and provide a neutral canvas inviting a relaxing stay.
• Bedrooms: Guest will stay in five sumptuous bedrooms all en-suite. Each bedroom has air conditioning, flat screen TV, Cable, Broadband, refrigerated private bar.
• Bathrooms: Range from very large showers to shower/bathroom facilities. All sinks and walls are fin marble or local stones.
• For relaxation: Four massive reception rooms, one with Flat screen TV and large fireplace, wine tasting room and wine lounges. All reception rooms have unique views of the surrounding countryside.
• For recreation: Outdoor pool (currently above ground type until new pool installed), shooting, bikes and trekking available.
• Practicalities: Under-floor heating throughout and air conditioning, (subject to an additional charge) logs for the fires will also be supplied

Outside

The farmhouse surrounded by 140 acres of land overlooks row upon row of sangiovese, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and petit verdot. Fields of olive trees and soft rolling hills are ideal for excursion, mountain biking and mushroom picking or just a relaxing day by the pool. A large car park, extensive lake and own winery are all located in the estate.

Food and wine

• DIY: Available on a self-catered basis or with the services of a Chef (for 5 hours per day), express your culinary skills in the 800 sq feet kitchen where there is a large cooking fireplace, double oven, 8 gas hobs, microwave, 2 dishwashers, slicer, magimix, pasta maker, blenders, double fridge, 2 x 200sq fett pantries
• In-house cuisine: A chef is available upon request for up to 5 hours per day (included in the price)
• Eating out: There are infinite local restaurants in the surroundings, they all ofer home made local dishes. Recommended are: IL BARRINO: 7 minutes drive; IL GROTTAIONE: 10 minutes drive: DA BRANCA: 20 minutes drive; DA BRACALI: 20 minutes (2 Michelin Stars); on the Coast 25 minutes away: PIERBACCO.
